|Property and Equipment||
Property and equipment are recorded at cost, less accumulated depreciation and amortization. Depreciation is provided on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful lives, which are reviewed periodically and have the following ranges:
|Self-Insurance Loss Reserves||
¹ Excluding the Final Mile business, which is primarily a brokered service.
² For each and every accident, the Company is responsible for damages and defense up to these amounts, regardless of the number of claims associated with any accident.³ During the Policy Term, the Company is responsible for damages and defense within the stated Layer up to the stated, aggregate amount of Company Risk Retention before insurance will respond.
Tabular disclosure of physical assets used in the normal conduct of business and not intended for resale. Includes, but is not limited to, balances by class of assets, depreciation and depletion expense and method used, including composite depreciation, and accumulated deprecation.
